Shipping policy

U.S. SHIPPING

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12pm Pacific Time (PT) will not begin processing until the next day. If you place your order after 12pm PT on a Friday, your order will begin processing the following week. Please consider this when placing your order.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Expected time to process and ship orders is 2 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Our standard shipping is a $11.50 Flat Rate Shipping (excluding Sweet Sweat Yoga Mat), with an estimated delivery of 10 business days after processing. We do not refund Flat Rate Shipping on orders.

NOTE: We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. We reach out via email and telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment. We do not refund shipping (expedited or standard) for packages delayed due to Address Verification.

We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been placed.

We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed for fulfillment.

Note: Our system does not recognize emojis or special characters/font. If an emoji or special characters/font are included in the billing/shipping address, we will have to cancel the order.

FREE SHIPPING:

We offer Free Shipping on orders with subtotals of $175 or more (excluding classes or class materials), before taxes and after discounts are applied. Similar to Flat Rate Shipping orders, Free Shipping orders are estimated to be delivered of 10 business days after processing.

HIGH VALUED ORDERS:

All orders over $120 are automatically sent with a signature required via USPS at our expense. We want to ensure you will receive your product safe and sound. We suggest you provide an address where you are available to sign for the package during normal business hours. If, for any reason, you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the package at their local office for your convenience.

WE DO NOT SHIP:

  • Outside the USA, Fetch or to Freight Forwarders
  • To Hotels, Motels, Resorts, or Schools
  • To Unverified addresses

Orders shipping to the any of the aforementioned locations, will be canceled and refunded.
